Returns & Refund Policy
At Juduor, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
1. Online Purchase Cancellation
For eligible products purchased online, UK consumers generally have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to give a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
2. Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and try on a garment as you reasonably would in a shop. Returned products should be kept in good condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging, labels and accessories. Please take reasonable care of garments while they are in your possession. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, this may affect the amount that can legally be refunded.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email Contact@juduor.co.uk. Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to return and relevant details. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
4. Return Delivery Costs
Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law to be returned at our cost, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted item where this has been communicated before purchase. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
5. Refunds
For an eligible cancellation, refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law. Where applicable, the refund will include the price paid for the goods and the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery service are not necessarily refundable. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
7. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised where the relevant legal exception applies. Where an item is made specifically for you or personalised, we will make applicable return restrictions clear before purchase. This does not remove statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet consumer-law requirements.
8. Exchanges
Where available, exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning an item if you would prefer an exchange.
