Will my caftan look exactly like the pictures?
Yes! We photograph all of our pieces in natural lighting to capture the true, rich colors of our fabrics and the beautiful shine of the embroidery. Just keep in mind that because our floral appliqués and embellishments are finished by hand, every single piece is slightly unique—just like you.
How long does shipping take, and do you ship outside the UK?
We know you're excited to receive your new piece! Since we are based in the UK, standard delivery usually takes about 2 to 4 business days. And yes, we absolutely ship internationally! Your shipping options and costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on where you're located.
What if the fit isn't quite right, can I return it?
Absolutely. We want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in your JUDUOR piece. If the fit isn't perfect, we happily accept returns or exchanges within 14 days, as long as the garment is unworn and still has its original tags. Just send us a quick message below, and we'll help you sort it out.
