Juduor offers clothing and fashion pieces inspired by Moroccan heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Because of differences in screens, lighting, fabric production and handcrafted detailing, colours and small decorative details may vary slightly from photographs. Minor variations in handcrafted or traditionally produced elements may form part of the individual character of a garment and are not necessarily defects.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. The total price and applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe and will comply with applicable UK consumer law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Made-to-Order or Personalised Products

Where Juduor offers garments made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, different cancellation and return rules may apply as permitted by UK law. Any applicable restrictions will be made clear before the order is completed. This does not affect legal rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

9. Intellectual Property

The Juduor name, branding, logos, original photographs, designs, website content and other original creative material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from purchases made primarily for personal use, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
